Design Competition Winner!

This is a concept presentation entered by SRID in a design competition sponsored by Century 21 Advanced Realty for the best proposal for a renovation of a 1970s era farmhouse bungalow. The client wished to keep all elements of the walls and trim, but wanted a “Modern Farmhouse” aesthetic, and most important, a new kitchen to include an island in a very tight space.
